Do you sure the format of the pics you sent to your W810i is mpg?
Did you set the pics in the right place on your W810i?
Do yo sure you've sent them to your W810ialready?
Just connect it to your computer through your data cable attached with your cellphoe to make sure you've
sent them to your W810i.
That's phenomenon is impossible!Makes me puzzled!

its a "drag-and-drop" affair, mate. just do what you usually do with your other files. JPEG, BMP, etc are just like any other file in your PC that you can drag-and-drop anywhere (but not in the same folder, ok?).

if you had installed the USB drivers of your W810, your phone easily gets detected by your PC as two removable drives: phone memory and the memory stick.

if you have installed PC Suite (properly, i suppose ), your phone gets detected either in Phone Mode (phone was connected before PC was turned on) or File Transfer Mode (phone was connected while PC is running). either way, you can do the file transfer easily through drag-and-drop!

hope this helps... if it doesn't, i hope somebody more experienced will happen to see this thread and offer his/her help, too. stick around. there are a lot of good people out here...

welcome to esato, mate!

make sure you store it in MSSEMC\\Media files\\image, not in DCIM because that's for pictures from camera only...
