And SE can't produce it because.........................? They have brains just like everyone else and if they want it they'll develope it. I guess they might as well as everyone else is doing it. The day of point and shoots are numbered imho. I can't see why I'd want 12MP, can't print my kids' or dog's pics and put them on a huge billboard so what's the use other than gobbling up memory like crazy? So optical zoom then maybe stereo sound recording.

SE can EASILY make it because they are the leader of camera phone. 
Infact every manufacturer has the capability to do it. |

they say that the k850i has 3x optical zoom? and cannot be used by the user? Why will they put the optical zoom in the first place if it is not usable?

During th days of the K750 and W800, there's this optional accessory (optical zoom) that can be bought . . . it's just kinda bulky to carry around though.
