As stated in the title, I'd like to know if the themes for the above-mentioned phones are interchangeable. As far as I know, of the 3, only the W810 supports flash themes, so I don't need to know about those, unless I'm wrong about that. Also, I'd like to request for a simple theme with good text visibility (I don't like fancy backgrounds that make reading a chore, so probably something abstract at most) for the K610i and the K750i. preferably something that you've personally used for a long time with no problems. Thanks guys!

afaik, the themes for W800, K750 & W810 are all interchangeable with each other, but the K610 has a slightly different theme layout (the clock and date are both on the right hand side).

I see... Thanks for your help! I will check out the themes available, but it'll probably take some time to find a suitable one. There are plenty of nice ones, but many of them do not place too much emphasis on readability.

I suspect K610 / K618 / W810 / W710 themes are not interchangable with K750 / W800 as they have a previous generation UI.

K700i > K750i > K810i (current phone)

My brother's K750 themes work on my cousin's W810, but not on his old K700 or my cousin's brother's Z610. The file is supposedly corrupt, and cannot be used. [addsig]

Well, I converted a K610 theme to a K750 one using Theme Creator, but the theme was much bigger than the standard K750 ones I've been using, resulting in some lagging when using the phone. In any case, I'm quite disappointed with my K610im due to the lack of java support, so I'm gonna sell it off soon. Thanks for the input so far, much appreciated!

It's because Platform wise they're all different, K700 uses JP-4, K750 uses JP-5, W810 uses JP-6 and K610 uses JP-7
btw: JP-6 and JP-5 are close to similarity except JP-6 supports flash themes

actually it's got nothing to do with java. JP7 etc is Java Platform 7. Themes don't use java.

Themes are names like this Version 3.0 themes (K700, S700), Version 4.0 themes (K750 etc) but there can be different resolutions themes in same versions too (example S700 snf K700 have different desktop resolution)

Oh, thanks for checking it out for my, Jojo. Are there any differences at all comparing the same theme on your K750 as well as on your K618?

no worries, it's an easy mistake to make, since they have similiar numbering.

Can you define 'worked' please?

I have some W810 themes on my V630 and several cases a highlight or popup graphic is too short and that particular menu screen looks odd. I would think that would happen between K750/W800 and later generation UI too.
