Hi is there ne decent software out there that enables u to add new themes and animations etc to your mobile fone through infra red or datacable????????

You should use the *search* function, or visit the Resources page... 
But currently the best software for making new themes is: Theme Creator Pro (see signature for link).
To transfer themes to your T68i use MyPictures R3A from SonyEricsson or SendFile from Mikael Christersson.
