Master Reset - how long does it take? w900i |

i started expering strange problems yesterday after i tried to hook my w900i to my gf computer, it said unknow usb device and such, i tried 2 times then got bored,
but after that all my camera pictures and images where gone.. incoming calls that had prefix +46 (sweden) and where saved in the phonebook as 07 not +467 where not the same accodring to the phone..
but synced it on my own comp now and started a master reset, but it have been like 15-20min now and it just says "please wait" and the progress bar aint movin at all
shall i w8 more? can i turn it of? i had like 200-300mb of mp3s in the phone memory, mabe that causes the long waiting time?
help/tips appreciated, writing in a hurry, sorry for the bad spelling.
i turned it off.. booted it up and did a new MR, that seemed to work.
i hope the rest works now.

Take out the battery for a while. If problem persists, it's time to flash the phone. |

it took about a minute on one of my old k750i's 
K700i > K750i > K810i (current phone)
