K800i Bluetooth Problem - help plz |

Hi there; I have this k800i for around a year. The bluetooth only works when the other bluetooth device is very very close to it. My friend had this same problem, he updated it, and it is fine now. i also updated to the latest firmware by Wotanserver ( CXC1250210 , R1KG001 ) but still the same, any idea?! |

Maybe the Bluetooth aerial (If the K800i has one, I can't remember now!) has become dislodged?

not even 1 centimeter!! The two devices must be attached together! that close! |

i think it is hardware problem, go to service center
