recently my fone gained a white screen, the fone said insert sim, so i turned it off removed the battery took out and replaced the sim since then it has been a blank screen, it has all my baby photos on need it back, can someone please help | |

Hi,
Ur cell's firmfare crashed out. I had same problem 2 times with in 6 months. So if ur phone has under warnty. than direct go ur nearest sonyeri. service cemter. East or west, w550i is the best. |

imo, if you upgrade your phone with SEUS you will only upgrade the phone, so you wont lose your data at all.
im not sure at all as i dont have done it by myself.
