I have the K800i and set it up to check my yahoo acount every 5 minutes which works well but has an alarming effect on the battery. Is there any way to get push e-mail to work? Or an application which does a similar thing? I have other e-mail accounts so it doesn't have to be through yahoo. Thanks for any help Dic

It doesn't require a check interval for email - rather it just starts a constant connection with your email server and whenever there are any changes on the mail server the emails are pushed on to the phone You really should get a high data usage plan if you plan to use IMAP email Either way with POP or IMAP its gonna be eating away on your battery though, it'll be connected to the internet for a fairly long time What doesn't kill you only makes you stronger
