Hi all,

I'm with T-Mobile and have an annoying problem.

Namely, the 'Calls' menu is not showing 90% of calls that I make or receive. This has, I think, something to do with the fact that I recently transferred my old contacts book over via a SIM backup thing. Upon doing so the numbers appeared on the screen when someone called, with their name there, but didn't actually appear at all in my contacts list.

I forget how, but I managed to change this so that my address book had all these fine people included.

Now it seems that the only people who appear on the Calls list are those who I added manually rather than backed up via the SIM replicator thing....this is extremely annoying, as no other numbers at all are featured! So if a random 0207....etc number calls, or a contact who I didn't manually add, there's no record of it....so I don't even know they've tried!

Extremely annoying stuff. Has anyone else encountered this problem? Is there a way to make sure that all incoming and outgoing calls are logged in the Calls list?

Frustratedly,

mcmatt

I had this problem once - clear all of the call logs and it should hopefully start showing again, that's what I did and it's fine now.

Failing that try a firmware update via SEUS.

Sammy Boy you are a legend among mere mortals.

Deleting the logs seems to have done the trick - many many thanks indeed, it was starting to get reeeeeally annoying!

Much appreciated.

All the best,

Matt

Mine did that too with the factory firmware. Once I updated to R1KG I haven't got that problem.
