Has anyone else seen this?
I think any Network in any country can send emails via text message, you send email-address#message to +447940300300
Does it work for you? |

1-Open a new SMS.
2-Write the E-Mail address.
3-Leave ONE space.
4-Write your message.
5-Send it to +447747782320.
Your mobile number will be shown as the Subject.

Cool that works well to, the one I talked about also puts your mobile number in the subject field, it's dead handy! |

Cool. I wonder what happens if u dial that number? do u think the person taht has that number can read the messages?

I'm not sure if they can read the messages or not (I wouldn't send my credit card details the way though!)
I don't think they're real numbers, I think they're like virtual numbers that can just be used for text messaging, not 100% sure though.
I use it quite alot it's much easier than using the email client in the T68 and a hell of a lot cheaper! |

A friend told me! It will work in any country so long as you can send a text message, an example message follows:
name@hotmail.com#hello this is an email from my mobile
if you want to add the subject instead on your mobile
name@hotmail.com##subject#hello this is a test message
then send to +447940300300 and it should work from anywhere in the world to any email address!
So does it work from Canada? |

In singapore, it is consider sending sms internationally therefore its not free. 15cents per sms. |

hm.. haven't tried it.. it'll probably work, but in canada, it's stupid that we get charged to send & receive hehe...

Yeah it will be the cost of an sms 5-10p a few cents, it's not much, I just think its useful, would you not use it if it costs a text message? |

yea..
usually 10 cents to send and 10 cents to receive..
what i have is 15 cents to send and 2500 free receives.. after 2500 it's 15 cents for each one i think...
