is it possible to get an iphone work in any eu net with some modifications? meaning that built in a simslot fro example... thx

if you buy from america and used it in europe it will not work...my cousin bought one from us and bring it here in the phil..its just a display nowadays...we'll just wait for it

Yes there is a way to modify it by cloning the at&t sim modulation number of some sort, and then cloning your sim and entering the at&t modulation number into your sim, this will only work with V1 sim cards so basically u need an old sim card v2 and v3 encryption is to locked down to modifly...
Basically a real big hassle you might as well wait for a software unlock which doesnt seem to far off.

thx very much... but me seems sim cloning wont work, so lets wait for the eu version.
when will it be out? xmas? any price info already?

most people think before xmas, but its likely to be on a network deal to get these data rates etc.
Pricing is expected to be similar to US, but £25-£50 more expensive per handset
