Esato.com on T-Mobile T300 - Some Pics Not Showing Up |

Hi everyone...
I did a search, but didn't come across anything like my problem.
When I go to the Esato.com website, only some of the images show up. For example, the grey "Esato.com" header shows up as bold text. But beneath that the colorful "T68 Logos" image shows up. And when I go to search for logos, all the thumbnails show up, and when I select them the full size image shows up and it asks me to press "Yes" to download the image.... and then nothing happens. The image never gets downloaded.
I'm assuming the "Show Pictures" option is set to "On" as I'm seeing the majority of the images show up. But I can't check, because the T-Mobile default profile is not editable.
Has anyone else run into this problem? Hmmmmm.

YES! Me too! same exact problem. I posted the same question under screensavers, etc. Please let me know if you discover a solution.

Sheesh... thank God someone knows what I'm talking about!
I'm SHOCKED no one else has responded to this. I don't know what's going on. Maybe it's blocked in the software like AT&T's T68i.... they can't download pictures either and it's because AT&T blocked that feature in the browser. Why would they do that?
Can anyone help, please??? |

Yeah, this is ridiculous now that no one has been able to answer our question.
I know there are other T300 owners out there.
Are you two on T-Mobile also?
I am beginning to think it is locked by the software like the software for AT&T's T68i. |

Who ever told you this is very wrong you should tell them to get there facts right! I have had 4 t68i's on at&t and ALL of them were able to save pictures from Esato |

Uhhh... if you go to HowardForums.com you will about 101 people that bought AT&T-branded/locked T68i's with R5D007 that cannot save pictures from wap sites like Esato.com. Here's some reading:

Further, if you look here:

You will see that it is written in the change logs for R5A to "Disable the possibility to save pictures from a WML page." So anyone with that bought the second round of T68i'd (labeled T68is) from AT&T with R5D007 could not save pictures. Of course if you had someone upgrade your phone for you... then it doesn't matter. But if you got it directly from AT&T with R5D007... no pictures for you.
You must have R3C001 or must've had someone flash it for you to be able to save pictures.
So, why don't YOU get your facts right before you spout your mouth off again.

I'm having the same problem with the T300 and t-mobile. Both "Save Image" and "Set Homepage" are greyed out. Is t-mobile phuxxoring things up? |

Thank you very much for the HowardForm links. The discussion over there seems to coroborate the rumours that the new T68is phones from AT&T with software version R5D007 have had the 'Save picture' menu item DISABLED!
That is complete and utter bullsh*t if you ask me.
ATTENTION AT&T:
I'm willing to spend $200-300 every year for a new phone. And I'll happily pay $55/month for 1000 anytime minutes and a few MB for data. That's about USD1000/year I'm willing to throw at you. But if you try to limit my access to outside content (by disabling 'save picture', for example), not only will I cancel my account asap, I will shout from every mountain top, message board and user group forum to reveal the ways in which you are SCREWING your customers. It was for the exact same reason that I left Sprint. Sell me a phone with its features in tact, I will buy. Sell me service to go with that phone, I will buy. Try to limit my access to outside content, F*ck You, your phones and your plans!!
