A bluetooth adapter (in this case an Ericsson DBA-10) enables a device that does not have bluetooth built in to have bluetooth functionality. The Ericsson DBA-10 was a device built for the T28 (and a slew of other phones) so that they could use Bluetooth to have a wire free headset, and do wire free dial-up from a laptop or PDA.
I actually have 2 of them, if anyone is interested, make me an offer. One of them is brand new in the box.
