Unknow media message for video stream |

Hi folks,
I have a little problem since a couple of weeks. I can't acces to video streams on the vodafone live portal. I have everytime "unknown media" after "connecting to media server" message (it works for music).
I've checked my GPRS and Internet settings several times but with no success.
Model: W900i - firmware R5BC004
Carrier : SFR (FRANCE)

have you noticed this to your operator? they might be the problem though
