hi everyone

just wanting your opinion on the Eten brand (I just found them through gsmarena.com). are they any good? which country make them? I saw 2 descriptions of them, the X500 and X500+, and both are sporting a GPS receiver like Nokia N95. they have another model or two in the making and will also sports a GPS function. sweet, huh?! unfortunately the color display are not up to par yet (still in 65K instead of 256K like most phones are).

is the Eten Glofiish (or Gloofish?) a suitable "alternative" for people who is wanting to get themselves the Nokia N95? or are they just another cheap look and/or feel alike that can't be compared?

please advise. thanks!

These E-ten phones are serious smartphones and certainly not cheap look-a-likes to the N95 !
As for built-in GPS, they have five models with it, the first of them being available for one year and a half, so a lot earlier than the Nokia.
The E-ten GPS reciever has a SiRF Star III chipset, the best on the market atm and much more accurate than the one in the N95.
