Well the successor of the Nokia 1100, one of the most widely selling phones in the world, is here...it brings back the same convenience,ease of use and simplicity, and also the torch! 
Take a look 
It also has a cousin with a colour screen, the 1208..here it is
What do u think of it?

No, it won't...but it is likley it will sell extremely well and be very profitable for Nokia. There is an enormous market, escpecially in developing coutnries for basic, reliable, cheap phones. You must view the phone in the contect of the market place, not as a poor relation of the latest gadget. |

However, intended or not, the impression given was a sneer at this phone and the insinuation that it was not a world beater.

I agree with Wuz...wat was so special about the 1100? but it sold like hot cakes...i bet it will have more sales than the n95 thecoolsha....
it is a simple device, backup phone for people like u and me, for others, and for the remaining people in the world, like in India, Africa, Pakistan, its an exciting new model that looks good and packs some extra features like the torch...we should not make fun of the less fortunate friends

i have the 1100 and i use it as my spare phone for my pay as you go sim, and have to say the battery life is great and its a stable phone, but my main phone is my trusty and great N73 |
