Hi,

could anybody tell me the difference between hardware r4a and r4b?
I didn`t know of a "b"-version.Does anybody now exactly which bugs have been fixed ?
Especially with receive unit or speakersystem.

Thanks a lot in advance.

I guessed too;-)

But as you know i`m very interested in the HW `cause of the Speakerquality and receiving unit.

BUt somebody (was it you?) told me, hw version r4a and higher should be fixed with all bugs and the speakerquality should be much better than the older t68i`s...

in R4A or later the problems with using the phone on the GSM1800 should be fixed... and bad signal can cause bad speakerquality....

but other than that I haven't heard anything particular problems with the speakerquality....

the problem is cut off calls, not being able to make calls, problems with handover between GSM900 and GSM1800...
this is most noticeble when using the phone in a wireless office enviroment (then it only work on 1800MHz), or in a crowded place when the capacity on GSM900 is not enough so it switch over to GSM1800
