i know one has an actual stock image, looks indentical to the stock shown by first2save on ebay uk, a very reputable seller. who, if i do, do i buy from?

price will be $4 difference, but which seller.

@>500

I have bought many items from First2Save and he only sells real goods unless it states not OEM. His service is excellent and i have had no problems and would not hesitate buying from him again. He is very rarely the cheapest but i believe you get what you pay for and personally consider him a good and safe trader. I even bought my BH-500 from him and that was about £60. I believe you also have up £500 Pay Pal protection in case it goes wrong but would be very surprised if he is selling fakes. I have used FastMemeoryMan but his delivery was very slow the first card was faulty so i had to return and it took ages for the replacement to arrive, him i would avoid. I think it is worth paying extra to make sure you get the real thing and not worth the risk of getting a fake to save a few bucks and all the hassle that then comes with it. I am currently looking at 4gb Micro SDHC cards but may well not use E-Bay in the end but buy from Moby Memory or a similiar company. For some things like memory cards E-Bay is a bit of a minefield and very risky IMO.

DONT DO IT!

The first picture is from the SanDisk website - I would request a picture of the actual product.

The second picture is a Gray Market card - the product looks real (from what I can see) but the packaging is not SanDisk retail packaging - so this card has a shady past.

Go to a known retailer and buy there!

Actually, the packaging on the 2nd ebay link could be genuine as the card I got from an online retailer sent me a 4GB M2 stick that looks similar.

In my opinion buying things like that online arnt safe!
There has been a lot of cases when people bought M2's which were fake. why not buy it from a shop instead of buying it online, or buy it from an online store, not where people sell they're items.
