Hi.. I have a 15 month old k750i which has worked great so far, but since the last two weeks the shutter release button has been giving me serious issues. It's hit and miss; when I half depress it, it auto-focuses but when I fully depress it, it doesn't click but goes back to the prior mode.

I get the feeling that the button is knackered. Is there some way in which it can be remapped to another button on the keypad?

Thanks!

Depending where you are in the world I would check the warranty documents that came with your phone when you bought it as some countries SE phones are covered by a 2 year warranty.

hi

you may try to clean it first, though it seems to be a bug

...but when I fully depress it, it doesn't click but goes back to the prior mode.
