6 Mods, whats the point if only one actualy works at it? |

Hi,
Every one knows there are 6 mods. However, what exactly is the point in having 6, if only 1 actualy works? I mean wether you like him or not, wether you agree with his decisons or not, you have to have some sort of respect for masseur.
He is the only mod that actualy takes actions. All the others are just absent. Ghost's of esato. How can they call em selves mods, when there is only one, who actualy works?
Shouldnt Laffen make some dedicated members mods, to help out masseur? Someone responsible like QVGA for example?
Who agrees?

|'m sure if Masseur was struggling to cope then, then action would be taken.
Its fine the way it is right now IMO.
As long as people are responsible then more moderation is not needed.

I agree, not with me being a mod  but the fact that more mods will help. This doesnt mean masseur isnt doing a commendable job, it means its very difficult for one mod to control an entire website as he simply will not, and should not open up all topics for potential threats.
And I only see masseur lock threads as he always replies whenever he locks.

Hi all,
Well to be honest i really didn't know there where 6 mods and definitely couldn't name them to save my life. Whilst the idea of Mods shouldn't be necessary this is some what idealistic and from current behaviour on Esato i would say very unlikely some seem incapable to have a sensible debate without resorting to insults as much of a shame as that is.

This appears to be a big issue atm, with many members bringing this up. Personally I feel, like many loyal Esatonians that masseur does a sterling job, as do those that you never see in discussions eg laffen. He runs the whole damn site! It's no wonder he doesn't post much!
I think if we had too many mods there may be conflict with what is to be locked, deleted etc and some may get power hungry.
As above, if it aint broke, don't fix it!
