Yes, it's a 3G slider....look at the first pic, vid call cam is there.... 
....and yes.....it has 3x Optical zoom,, xenon flash, lens cover, good video too..... 
....the bad news?? November availability..... 
Could well be Samsung's cat among SE/Nokia's pigeons, though.....

btw you gotta relise this but Samsung do have 10MP phones out in there native country present, which was mean't to be coming to to EU but I think there just trying to gt even atm with other manufacturers Lol
