@slide - Can you take more OUTDOOR-shots with the SUN shining at it's PEAK Those images looks horrible considering it's a 3.2 MP camfone . . . ! [addsig]

I'll take a couple today and see if its any better. I was out last night around 9pm when I took them so that might explain why it was so bad.. I hope anyway.

If someone could post a few photos in the Photos section. Then we could see the full-size photos! Otherwise not much point of a 3MP camera if all we get to see are downsized to 0.3MP size?

Yeah. the P1i's camera quality is not that great so far.....When I take photos the pictures are grainy and overexposed. When using the flash in lower lighting conditions the photos become too bright, but without the flash the photos are not clear. Why is it that the photos taken with the proto units are better?

You won't be impressed with P1i camera. Don't expect with it. Afterall they are not cybershot phone. Its a smart phone with a decent camera.
