Most are probably accounted for by Nokia, Samsung, Motorola and SEMC. The Nokias are probably cutified remakes of 7650; we all know how it works.

Samsung, LG - symbian versions of clamshell nonsense.
Motorola - paragon&co
SEMC - Successors to P800.
