I don't think so, cause time in Hong Kong is GSM +8 hours, so they have evening now and the didn't anounced anything till now. |

I've been waitiing for it too............where's the new phones?? How come that SE guy from mobil.se article claimed that he can almost deny that they will not be present new phones today.........as he means they will showing..........but where is it ????? |

Sorry guys, but look at what I got from ThreeGmobile.com:
Nov 29 : ITU Telecom Asia Sad news: confirmed by PR agency for Sony Ericsson Hong Kong, there will be no totally new announced handset in Sony Ericsson booth during the ITU Telecom Asia, However, ThreeGMobile cannot confirm whether there will be new phone in 2 Dec 2002 or not.

I think Ericsson was on the right lines when saying they were going to cut funds to SE. SE has to feel the real pressure itself; and not protected under the wings of Sony and Ericsson. |

i thought Ericsson have annouced they will increasing the funding to SE next yr...this was reported in Kyoto News...I found the link to tht news somewhere last week.
Well I saw some news tht a CDMA SE phone was annouced today....just like the one showed by Gadgetboy...but no confirmation by SE yet. |

I have to admit that I'm tired of waiting, but there's nothing in the market that makes me feel like Ericsson did. Nokia is now totally far from my expectations, I don't like Samsung and all the other shell opening phones. I don't use to buy a phone just because I have to, and I'm pretty sure SE will be back with something amazing, sooner or later. No, later is now the only available option...

They won't show the products from now till x-mas because they don't want to destroy the sales of the new phones T600,T300,T200,T68i & P800 (end of dec). They might show stuff after x-mas & cebit. Wait one more month and then they might be showed. |

Just hoping that the longer we wait for the new phones to be shown the shorter the time will be before they hit the market.......;-)
