nope its 100% a fake... check out a site.com its basically a standard n95 with black housing on it....

black housing's dont say 8gb, not the ones on ebay
its more likely a photoshop but w.e

Look closely at that pic.
It aint black, its the graphite one, but black light is being absorbed at the top |

If you look at the camera lens on the second pic you will see some pixelation going on leading me to believe this is fake, also the text for N95 8Gb is just a bit to washed I know its hard to take on black surface but I have seen better shots of the old N95 text showing up more clearly.
Only time will tell but I am sure they will release a HDD version thats for sure.

I dont think the pixilation is so much of an issue. If the pics are origianly small and there streched to that size you may see that |
