My GPRS doesn't work!
I have a T68 (upgraded to i), and I am (a dissatisfied!) subscriber to Globe. When I try to use my SIM card on my phone, and I try to access WAP over GPRS, it gives me the error "GPRS parameters not supported." When I use other people's SIM card (I've tried 2 others already), GPRS works like a charm. This led me to believe that nothing is wrong with my phone settings.
I went to 3 different Globe business centers already. I've been calling their customer service almost every day for the past 3-4 weeks. They keep telling me that they'll activate it after 24 hours. Until now, it still won't work. Sawa na ako sa kakatawag sa customer service at kakapila sa business center!
Globe, ano ba yan? Mag Smart na lang kaya ako? Sila ata mas maganda customer service e.
Kung may taga-Globe dito that's viewing this, please make my GPRS work!!!

@pards,

question lang: post paid ka ba or pre-paid? if post paid , i suggest you stop calling globe CRS, instead, try calling globe solutions/quest

@Pope, question:
Did you ask them to activate both the GPRS service and the MMS service? I believe you don't automatically get MMS with GPRS.

@cALVIN
Yes I had them both activated. My MMS works fine but my WAP over GPRS doesn't want to work. I also called the Globe Solutions/Quest number above, and pinasa din ako sa CSR e....hassle talaga Globe...is Smart any better? I want my GPRS! hehehe

@ferrarista
Thanks for the suggestion!
I tried that...di rin umandar. Di naman yung Globe MMS nakaselect e...nakaselect WAP GPRS. I tried 2 APNs: www.globe.com.ph and internet.globe.com.ph. I also tried mms.globe.com.ph. Ayaw talaga =(

Another problem is sinisingil ako ng Globe for GPRS access e ayaw nga umandar...this is getting frustrating! Haay hassle...=(

@pope - i'm lost! =( If you can send MMS you must already have GPRS.
Anyway check this site. it offers online cofigurator for WAP, MMS and email. -> http://www.sonyericsson.com/ph/spg.jsp?page=start

@pope
exactly.
MMS uses gprs. so if u could send MMS, you definitely have gprs. must be a matter of settings.
