I have a SE W810i. Whenever i create a new internet profile, it says, name already exists for other profile. I dont have any other profiles, i have master reset the phone as well as updated to latest Firm W from SEUS. Is there another way of resetting the phone to defaults, or any other advice. I've taken it to repair shops, but they just look at me funny.
