Hi, I'm new to this and apologise if this has been asked previously but when I clicked an FAQ link for something named M3, I got the “page could not be displayed” error message

Can someone please advise me what format I need to use to make a music video play and show on my K800i. I have downloaded several videos from iTunes and would like to put them on my phone but they either will not appear at all, or only play the music. I tried Nero Recode but if they work at all, they skip and appear jittery. My problem hinges around knowing the format I want to change them from and to so that they will display properly. Is there a reasonably priced software that will do what I want? TIA

I don't know what format music videos from iTunes are but as far as I know the k800 supports mp4, 3gp and wma.

There are a wide range of converters out there - you will just have to find one that supports the iTunes format - most trials of video converting sftware I have tried only convert either the first half of the video or the first 30 seconds of the video although if you are willing to pay you will find some good programs out there.

Hope this helps

I'm using Allok 3GP Video Converter and set it as 29.97 fps, mp4, good quality, 4400 bitrate, stereo, volume 100 %. No problems. At least for myself.

Hey, aren't you supposed to buy this program? The trial version has watermark in the middle of the screen.
