Setting Proxy un/pass in WiFi |

Porblem is, at my work i've to set proxy to use wifi. The proxy is accessible via UN/PASS(which i have).
Now there's a option to set proxy under wifi settings, but there's no option to set un/pass. So, when i try to browse via builtin opera browser a un/pass prompt comes and after i fill in them i can browse.
but when using the wifi connection from other applications (agile messenger for example) no prompt comes and i cannot put any un/pass and the application cannot access proxy server and the result is no internet via any application.
Anybody here faced the same problem and/or can think of a solution ?
