...that the replacement T68 I have just been sent, version R2A013 is infact a pretty old software update (it still has Tetris on it!).

Also, I'm right in thinking I do not have MMS capability with it - this is despite the note that came in the box headed "MMS settings for the T68"?

yes it's old... it's one of the first firmware versions released for the T68m... so it's not the MMS firmware....

Thanks Cytech... as I suspected. I seem to recall having this it on my first T68 (3 replacements ago) back In January.

...bit annoying they'd send me this. Still, I can't complain - I dropped my T68 in the sink on Thursday and have a new T68 today. Not bad service from Orange, me thinks.

I was under the impression that Orange had flashed all of their t68m stock with the new i software.

Maybe yours was one of the ones that was missed?

I thought that aswell - I'm sure I remember reading it on another post not that long ago.

Infact, would you happen to know what the latest situation is with reagrd upgrading and Orange? Can I take it into CPW for instance?
