I might be doing my Masters at the University of Bristol this September. What would the weather be like then? Whats Bristol like and hows the university(of course). And lastly I'd greatly appreciate it if somebody could answer this question, Is it easy getting accomodation and approximately how much would it cost?. The uni website covers this a bit but nothing like hearing it from a lay person. And if anybody in the UK wants a phone or two from India(since its cheaper), I'll bring it with me.

Regards,
Akshay

accomodation is anything from about £200 -£300 a month depending on house size and number of tennants etc...

Bristol is utterly amazing mate, i did my degree there and loved the city! wil ldefo be moving back - only annoying thing is the accent but hey, we vcant all be perfect eh?!?!

seriously though, bristols ace!

Weather wise, it'll prob be quiet raining in september etvc.... but as with all british weather - who knows, take now for example.... its bloody july and raining!

all the bets with your decisions, need anything else, feel free to ask

Thanks mate, you've been a great help. Mostly worried about the accomodation, by UK standards is it a bit on the steeper side? Will keep in touch. Thanks again.

Akshay

it is quite expensive, but if you look in places like horfield, st pauls (if youre brave enough), easton etc... you'll find very cheap accomodation.... in fact after living in briostol id say some parts of st pauls is very livable.... personally, if i were going back as a student again, id consider st pauls as what people say about it, is far worse than the reality of it all!

if you wanna be in amoungst all the fun thio, liove on whiteladies road - in the summer - if we get one, all the bars open out and its pretty cool!
