webviewer 7650 help wanted |

Hey.....problem with web viewer.....it says status=-20015....
this is what the web site says....
Every request results in 'Waiting for reply' or 'Status = -20015'
This usually implies a timeout condition has occurred, which is usually caused by one of the following:
Your wireless carrier does not support the HTTP protocol.
Your wireless plan with your carrier is not premium enough to allow for HTTP access.
Please contact your wireless carrier to determine if they support HTTP and, if so, if your plan needs to be upgraded to use this support.
im with o2 UK.....any ideas if they do not supprt it is there no way i can view real web? they must support it.....the XDA uses HTML WEB.

you cant use WEB-Wiewer by WAP!!!! you should connect via GPRS or any other out of WAP |

lol u cant connect any other way then gprs or gsm.....but when i do i get the error

With GPRS you have to Internet capable Access Point with Webviewer & mail. The ones you use with the WAP browser are not (usually) usable for Webviewer... What do you have as "Access point name"? (Settings -> Connection -> Access points -> edit the access point and tell what is on the third setting) |
