Dear Esatonians,
The purpose of this thread is to illustrate, that as much as you may think that you will never get along with someone, there is always the power of (COMMUNICATION).
As humans we are flawed, however when we communicate and sort out differences respectfully, we all win !!!
Example :
REO v.s. Axxxr
We have debated, argued, lashed out at each other..... just a continuos tension for more than a year. We then avoided each other for probably another year.
Was this conducive to a good forum??? NO......
The culprit??? Just plain misunderstandings and poor communication.
However when two adults communicate effectively putting the past behind the result is a FRESH NEW START.
There is no tension any longer between REO and Axxxr.
Those of you that have tension right now. Start communicating and sorting out differences with respect. Let's keep ESATO as a place of harmony, friendships, sharing Ideas and knowledge, while building strong ties.
Note: PM's Are a great way to sort out differences, not in the forum.
Again.... I said to sort out differences, not LASH OUT ok???

I think its time all of us put our differences aside here and just work on the things we have in common, and which makes us a strong part of this great forum.
I've had misunderstandings with a few members in the past such as REO and a few others, but i think the time is now right that we let bygones be bygones and move on, im not saying we should all be good friends but lets just make a fresh start and just get along.
I am willing to shake hands with anyone i've had any kind of misunderstanding with and appologise for whatever happened in the past!
So here's to a new begining!

Nothing is impossible if we all try and make the effort!
Im sure if me and REO can work out our differences im sure everyone else here who has any sort of misunderstanding can too.

i got no problems with that. Like I said, I hope and hope and hope that SE, and Nokia read these forums and see what real people are saying regarding real issues and they address them. Hell, we are paying good money to beta test stuff and we deserve to have our opinions registered and acknowledged.
