I cant save the settings I've received from Hutch for gprs as it asked for a passcode.Can any one help????

Welcome to esato. 
As for as i know, you need not to fill the username and password in your setting. And keep security to none. You got the setting from hutch or you manually did it? Do you hav prepaid? |

Here is the manual gprs settings of hutch.
Remember- you have NOT to enter the IP address in the data account setting (Connectivity->data account). you would enter this in connectivity->internet setting->more->setting...here only.

When you request the settings from hutch, they give you a pass then, which you have to enter in your mobile later before you can use the settings...
anyway, manual settings as told by ajit 'd help...
