Need new phone bit confused, need advice |

Hi people
I have the Nokia N73 this is a insurance replacement handset, i have had it over a month now but the buttons are going sqeaky on it. The volume button and some of the keypad buttons, my old N73 never had the sqeaky problem at all, but even though i love this phone so much, i am wondering should i just get a replacement model and sell this phone?? I can't go back to the insurance company and get it replaced since they wont take it and exchange it just cuz its sqeaky. And i dont think the manufacture warrenty will cover it, since they will say its nothing to do with a manufacture fault.
So what should i do? sell it and get another model of another type of phone, i wouldnt want to sell it and buy another N73 just incase the same problem occurs.
On my current phone yes i do like the camera, but dont take many photo's often if i do, i just send them to mates or put them on my computer, i dont print off my photos, so i think 2 or 3 mega pixel is just fine, i do listen to music on my n73. i would not mind having a phone with wifi, i think it would be an added treat, but then again i would only use it once in a bluemoon, i do like to have 3g even though i dont use it, i think its handy to have, the size of the phone should either be n73 size or a bit smaller, i have had slides in the past, but the creaky of slides of some nokia phones put me off it.
So apart from that i don't know what else to right about my requirments, can anyone else help of advice.
thanks in advance

if your insurance covers loss or theft say you lost it in a taxi and theyl give you a replacement and block the old, either that or brick it by stopping halfway through a flash...id use the first method then u got rid of the squeaky keys

DO NOT DO THIS!
reporting a faulty phone was lost/stolen is a criminal offence and can carry 5 years in jail.

know people who've done it lots of times, just 'lose' it on purpose then, how would they find out tbh

thanks alex but i only got this phone a month ago, and will have to pay £30 again excess fee for another phone, and it will be the n73, or n80 or lg shine, thats what they offered me before, and the n76 lol not my type qvga, if i was to get a phone by selling this phone i wouldn't want to spend too much on it, just the profit i get from my n73, plus maybe a small bit extra towards another phone. i wont have a chance to upgrade till november, to another phone for free with o2 so dont know if i should wait, or wot other options i should go for???
don't worry fatreg i wasn't going to do that, :S

i know people that have done it to, but a) it's insurance fraud and b) it's a criminal offense..
Mr Miyagi works/worked for O2, I hope he knows the ins and outs of reporting stolen/lost phones.
It really really isn't advisable.

N80 seems like the logical choice |

fatreg ur right i know it all, lol so i don't want to go down that route. alex the lg shine has "problems" the ammount of returns at o2 we get with that phone its unreal and the N95 yeah too pricey plus its buggy software at the moment, don't quite fancy it. da phone would have to be a symbian based phone series 60 3rd edition or better, i like the active standby a bit too much. i am thinkin e65, but not sure :S
QVGA the N80 i think that was withdrawn by the O2 network for being too buggy with too many software problems, not sure if thats the case right now though for that handset is it? i was thinkin of that handset too before but don't know if its still got major issues or if its all been fixed by latest firmwear, can anyone else who have this phone advise me plz?
