Hi all,

Just recently I've noticed that my K800i is not logging the calls I make. For example yesterday i must have made about 5 calls, but the only calls listed were made are from last week which seems very strange.

I've turned the phone off and removed the battery and it seems to work for a few days but then no more calls are being logged,

Anyone else had any problems or know what I can do.

Save your settings ... then master reset the phone. Copy items back. I've had to do this twice so far with the k800, once before, and once after I sent the phone in for a motherboard replacement due to WSOD. The firmware on the k800 is horrible.

Simple. Go to call log and delete all. It solves it.

Cheers All

I will try a Fireware update first (tried to check my version by)

"To find out which firmware revision your phone currently has installed, select Menu > Settings > General > Update service > Software version. For more detailed software versioning information, perform the following:

>*<<*<* "

Not sure why but i can't get this to work gonna try the firmware update anyway.
