Greetings,
I bought my new cell phone yesterday and have been charging it ever since. However, it won't start. What do you think the problem might be?

i think you should have drained the battery first? when you bought it didnt you test it?

Try removing the battery for 20-30 mins out of the phone and give it a try again. If not it may be faulty battery or something. So if doesn't work again you should return the phone back to the seller (as it is new and still under warranty) and get it replaced by good working one.

I did drain the battery; since I decided to start charging it only after it had died.
I'll try to remove the battery for few minutes like you said. Will get back with reply
