HPM-70 vs HPM-75 vs HPM-82 |

Hi guys
I need to buy another headset for my Walkman phones. I was first considering getting a pair of HPM-75, but then I realise is basically the same as HPM-70 :rotate:
I know HPM-75 is included in the W880. So, for all the W880 users... is the HPM-75 better than HPM-70 in any way?
I was also considerding HPM-82. They're like $20 more but I think is worth the price
So... which one would you get and why?
Thanks in advance
Here's some pics if you can't identify them
HPM-70 (the ones that comes with W810)
HPM-75 (the ones that comes with W880)
HPM-82

W700 isn't listed in the supported phones for HPM-82, but it works with the W800 (with some random minor lags) which is almost identical to W700. I read somewhere it will work with any phone, but I'm not sure why isn't listed, I recommend you try it first before you buy it

im fairly sure the w880i comes with hpm-70 and not the 75's. some one should be able to confirm that though as i dont have w880i any more.
out of the 3 though, id take the hpm-75 or 82, probably 82 as it has the remote. All have the same, or similar sound quality.
ps. this should be in accessories section |

I like the HPM82 just because of the remote control functions... But if you don't mind the lack of remote control and you don't mind to change the tracks with your phone then the other two are great, especially the HPM70. In my opinion it is a legendary walkman headset .

i'd suggest HPM75.
cause, HPM70 and HPM82 design have been quite long in the market.
hence the "imitation" issues is still around.
btw, having sumthin designed new (HPM75) will looks better as lot of people using HPM70. When i go to sony shop, now i cant find new HPM70 instead.

The HPM-75 fixed up the issues relating to the HPM-70's microphone - that is, when it picked up too much environmental sound - along with an upgrade in audio quality.
But if you really want a remote, the HPM-82 is probably your best bet, but there is a slight lag issue with pressing the buttons and the phone actually responding to each press (it does respond, but with a ~1sec delay).

I have the HPM-80 (yes I know you are not considering that one) but the HPM-80 comes with the W900i and its pretty good.

I'll choose the HPM-82 because of the play/pause control integrated in the set. and it looks much better imho
