K810i camera problem |

my k810i has been working great this first week ive had it, until today about an hour ago i opened up the lens cover to take some snaps, the screen went bright white and flashed the time once then the phone kinda shut down and restarted again, i have tried many times to get my camera to work but nothign will make it go everytime i go to use the camera the screen goes white and then it dies, anyone know what could be wrong |

Some loosen hardware perhaps? Try launch the camera WITHOUT opening the lens cover first and see what happens. Then open the cover and compare the effect.
There may be a possibility that it's a dodgy firmware so a reflashing is necessary. Wotanserver will do it for you the best. |
