P990i error message when trying to connect with PC Suite |

When I tried to install some applications on my phone, Application Installer shows that Installation aborted. Also, when i try to synchronize, an error report appears saying that synchronization couldn't start
Moreover, the connection icon on my phone shows that it's connected with the PC for a short while, then it disappears.
When i got frustrated i restarted the phone, where an error code showed on startup as follows:

REASON CODE
Etel Client Fault
REASON Number

Kindly somebody tell me what to do

Use my phone explorer, if you can...
pc suite sucks, mostly gives one error or the other...
