I really admire you! You should apply for a job at SE! BTT: I think that if we spam this dude,he'll just close his email account or block all our mails. We need somehow to find a way that we'll reach his ass! Does anybody have any media contacts? So we can spread this everywhere! We cant put up with that! I think we need to try it 1 more time and if that wont work, I'll be heading to WM camp!
Can somebody ask Eldar to most it on Mobile-Review? Somebody who has a contact there? That might have a big impact.

It might be worth thinking about targeting any publicity events that SE have planned for the launch of the P1. Let any potential buyers of this phone know how SE treated the customers of their last flagship phone. |

i regularly watch CNET TV and they talk a lot about technology/gadgets...maybe we can ask their help to criticize the current situation? who has an account at cnet here? maybe you know some of their editor/hosts...what do you think??? |

I got a Cnet account...used it just once...to write a highly praised review for P990i.
Regret it now.
SE today went from my most preferred to least preferred mobile phone manufacturer.

Besides communication, can't we take this legally ?
Dunno for other countries but in France consumer rights are highly taken care of, should be the same for any EU member.
We are sold a phone with obvious and reproducible bugs and a SE official confirming this won't change, looks like an open door to me ?! |

Hi all,
May i suggest that as many as possible of you in the UK all e-mail Watchdog @ the BBC as they cover many stories on both phone Networks and Mobile phone retailers when they do wrong. I am also pretty sure if enough of you all mailed in the same story and the fact that SE have stopped supporting a less than 1 year old product that still does not work as advertised they will pick up the story. They may even invite SE to the studio to defend their actions and if not will state what response they received. I would imagine they may even interview a few of you and maybe have a representative in the studio as well. It really doesn't get much more high profile than prime time TV on BBC1 and would be a great way of getting the story picked up by the Newspapers but i doubt papers that run SE adverts will comment or pick up the story.
