P990i Connector Problem |

Hi all, The problem is not very much disturbing yet, but it is a bit.
Thing is, my datacable works fine as long as i keep my hands off the phone. I used to use HPM-70 wih K750i which i can't with p990i as it tends to loose connection with P990i but works fine with K750i ! It seems my connctor on P990i is setted a bit deeper than required. Is thr any solution ?

you might be right though - on pokia e61 older usb cabels and earphone cabels (e.g. from, er, 6680) can be loose-ish too!

No you didnt't get it.
I use P990i's headphone, P990i's data cable. but both of 'em are loose-ish.... a slight movement disconnects my phone from pc and/or my ear .... am i the only guy on EARTH who has connector problem with a P990i !? weired

It is often dirty connections (it might not look dirty). Use a pencil erasor to clean the contacts on the phone.

Se's connector problem sucks...
nokia's doesn't...
Because they don't use the same connector for charger, headphones and data cable...
