Broken Speaker? |

I have w810i that I bought unlocked from ebay and I've only had it for maybe 2 months.
The other day my phone rang while on the table and the vibration caused it to fall to the floor. Since then, whenever the external speaker is used the sound is "crackly" and scratchy like. Almost kinda sounds like a blown subwoofer.
Would that be the same case for me? Did the fall to the floor damage my speaker? Or could it possibly be a loose connection somewhere in there. I also noticed that whenever I do use the speaker phone for music or calls for over 10 minutes or so, the back of the phone gets really hot.
The phone still works as fine as it has before, but that scratchy sound I hear whenever my phone rings is really annoying to me.
I kinda want to get a good idea of what is wrong with it. Hopefully its something that a local repair place can do, because I really don't have the balls to open to phone up myself.
Any help?

most probably the speaker are torn.
if you have warranty, try to claim it.
otherwise, i suggest to change the speaker itself.
W850, K618 or K800 loudspeaker would be good choice...
since all of them have better sound than stock W810 speaker...
