hey guys,
My ld three phone broke so I bought a generic phone and put my three sim in it but I cat send or view picture messages. the guy in the shop told me to come online and there would be a link on the three site telling me how to do it but i cant find it anywhere! can anyone help? thankq xx |

What handset have you got? If SE you can obtain the settings from SE website, just find your model a follow the support link |

its a SE w850i but when i went on the setup page on the website it tells you to choose which network you're on and three isn't listed |

The guys at the shop should have done it for you because you bought from them. Why do they want you to struggle on your own when it is their duty to provide after sales service. Ask the to do it, maybe they wil if they know their duties. Good luck mate. |
