I saw an ant in a table and i tried to take a pic of it....and all i saw was a red dot....i was disappointed that 2mp cam shows a dot....used the correct settings and zoomed or not zoomed...it is still looks like a dot [addsig]

Did you use macro mode? Are you sure the phone was in the right position? The title says blurred picture, its likely macro wasnt on

Judging by your avatar, you own W700i which unfortunately doesn't have autofocus. So I think that's the answer to your question.

guys but when I take pictures its the only pic that is blurred even my hands are still....when i took pics of others its not that blurred [addsig]

What other pictures did you take? If your using a non auto focus cam to capture a thing as small as an ant its going to be blurred. You could reduce it tho using macro.

What happens with W700 is that the camera lens is fixed-focus. So you get somewhat sharp pis at a certain distance, and blurred pics when the object is near. So W700 is not really going to get good pics for those purposes, just for the normal photo shooting.

Another solution to the blurred pics....is tht u can make them sharp by the PC toolss.......like...noice reducer.....and the digital image enhancer....and all the stuff like that....

You've answered your own question haha. No autofocus, not much point in macro mode (is there macro mode in the W700i? lol)

Should maybe get a better phone, say the W810i? Then you can take pictures of ants with no problem
