T28 data cable |

I buy t28 data cable,i conected to my pc and... nothing
My pc don't see my t65 or my t28...
I download all software, Mobile modem,Communications suite,Phone&text message manager...
Please can anybody help me? |

Make sure your com port is active.
I always disable com ports as I don't really use them
check settings in the bios

u can usually access bios settings during the time your computer boots it up. then it usually says something like that: press to access bios settings (sometimes [del], sometimes [cntrl]+[shift])
the other thing that matters is: do u have the original SE cable?
if itīs not the originalone1, it can be either a servicecable or a datacable. as long as I know, the servicecable can not be used for phonebook operations or for using the modem inside a phone. |

My cable is not original SE cable?
Is data cable for t28s,"DCT28 CAVO SERIALE PC T28 ERS"...
My COM port is enable in bios and in MY computer... |

You propably have some other cable and not the original one (drs-10 or drs-11). and itīs propably not a datacable then. it is for flashing the phone.
Iīve heard that itīs easy to modify the cable from servicecable to datacable but I can NOT CONFIRM that. U should search from web.
