nay, this proxy is for nop/live, not for mo... MO has some different proxy, although your best bet is to send the sms...

Proxy Serv. address: 202.56.231.117(u can evn use Proxy serv adrs as None & Proxy Port nbr as 0 )

that's because it's an internet gprs profile, needs no proxy as in the case of bsnl gprs...
