Is there an HSDPA flat rate contract in the UK? |

Hi guys,
do any of you happen to know if there are plans for a flat-rate HSDPA (or just UMTS) contract coming in the UK?
If so, I might lower Wi-fi on required spec list for my next phone.

T-Mobile do web and walk for £7.50 for unlimited data on top of a contract price plan.
