IM+ on N95 |
Red_Rach Joined: Jan 20, 2004 Posts: 424 From: Manchester, UK PM |
I was using the demo of IM+ on my N95 and using my t-mobile connection to access it, which was handy esp when I wasnt near an access point. After enjoying it, I finally decided to purchase it. However since doing this I cant access MSN from my t-mobile connection, only when I'm connected via wireless.
Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this problem since I entered the serial number?
Thanks,
Rach

Hi Red Rach,
If you didn't like Fring fair enough but over at All About Symbian there is a article about how surprisingly good and easy to use the Nokia built in IM app is and it supports most of the popular services may be worth a read here is the link.

Hi QVGA,
have you not read the link to AAS as that really looks to be the simplest and easiest method of all.

Hi all,
OK i don't have a N95 so really can't say for certain but where are your bluetooth, infrared, data cable, modem Connection manager, modem, in other words all your different connection options they have to be in a folder which should be called connectivity or possibly connections .
You use the symbol on the phone that is like two comma's in a 69 position with 2 dots one filled and one empty. It is the menu options that shows you all the different folders not using the file manager. That's about the best description i can give but i can't believe the N95 as a S60 3rd Edition device can be that different again i hope that helps you find it.

t-mobile would probably have removed any IM apps, as they usually don't allow them on their data connections
