Both are S40 based.
The classic is only 9.5mm thin, comes with QVGA 16million screen and has 1GB internal memory.
The slide has a 3.2MP CZ camera with VGA Video recording.
Amazing new phones from an amazing company, thats just what i would like to say.

I LOVE NOKIA. They just keep coming up with nice suprises and great new models. I recently read in The Daily Mirror that they are uping their game more now in view of its main rival SonyEricsson. I have always prefered Nokia and my 6233 has proved reliable and is great quality. The video recording is great on Nokias latest phones and i have not seen one phone from SE yet with decent video recording.

Does classic have expandable memory, or just 1GB??

Slider specs are nice; I'm just hoping the VGA video is 30fps, not 15(like 6280....waste of time).....

@ Aware,
According to the specs sheet on gsmarena, it has no card slot..:

Thanks, Wanga(hope you're ok)!

Is it me, or are Nokia still being a bit stingy/tight with memory?? Thought they'd have learned by now.....

Still nice (counter-)announcement tho'.....
